Ted's is fantastic. Have used them for several jobs in the last five years. Each time, they have been responsive, responsible, and professional. Can't say enough good things about them. Everyone has been great to deal with and generous with their time in answering questions and exploring options. They have thawed frozen pipes (and recommended solutions!), replaced plumbing fixtures, installed a hot water heater, and done much more through the years. They are prompt with their estimates and their work, always explaining if there will be anything out of ordinary in expected timing. They are upfront on pricing and explain their work in ways that a layperson can understand! Ted, Tanner, Dan, Caden, Stacy, Susie - everyone I've dealt with, are people I've enjoyed working with. I recommend them without reservation!

Ted’s plumbing is one of the easiest, most comfortable experiences I’ve had with anyone working on my house. They were scheduled to arrive at noon, I got a call letting me know they could be here early which was great. Tanner came and was able to diagnose my problem and fix it within less than two hours. Super personable, very professional, great experience. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend! Ted installed a high efficiency boiler in my 1920s home and we’ve had nothing but issues with his work. He didn’t take responsibility for the work and kept blaming (and charging) various “fixes”. It wasn’t until CNG came to install new gas lines when we were told it should have never been installed and Ted would (should) have known because they have to call before they install. We’ve been trying to get our money back for the “fixes” and additives but he won’t return our call. “He will call you back …” and never does.

Ted came out one night after hours to get a good look at our rusted pipes. Diagnosed everything and put the word in for his guys the next day. They came & took care of everything in just two days. Very honest, they only fix what needs to be fixed & they don’t nickel & dime you! Definitley recommend this service to anyway who wants honest work done for their plumbing.

We had Ted's out to repair a gas leak discovered during a home energy audit. Ted's was able to come out and repair the leak within a few hours. Ted's left without giving my wife an invoice and was told one would be in the mail. We received the invoice a couple days later and was far above the $500.00 dollars I was expecting for 3.5 hrs work. I appreciate that they were able to come out and make the repair so quickly but I really feel we were taken advantage of. Once again Ted's did great work and thier timely response was appreciated but I think the bill was opportunistic.

A rep came out, and he helpfully brainstormed about the toilet sitch. He had a sincere manner and invited me to call with any questions at all. However, despite leaving a few outreach messages with the somewhat stressed seeming receptionists in order to reach him, following his visit, I never received a call or text back over 3+ days. When I called a 3rd time I was practically barked at by an admin woman that he was busy and would call when he could! In my experience, this was an unusual and a less professional turn-around time that am used to, and wondered if the message even managed to get passed on by the admin staff, mainly because each time on the phone they seemed super scattered and uber overwhelmed and bordered on rude. Aka the first day when I called to put an alternate phone number on the file the receptionist seemed to snap with frustration, over and over complaining pointedly that she now had to redo all the paperwork. (The paperwork at that point consisted of my address and phone number.) Suffice it to say didnt find the admin staff to be especially professional or too gracious here. At least not by W coast standards. (And so the admin staff at Teds, not the rep, was the deal breaker for me). Am new to town, but have now just been redirected by a neighbor to Advance Plumbing and Heating in WH. Already the admin staff there feels, in contrast, vastly more civil and organized sounding. They were able to answer, on the spot and in a friendly manner, some of the questions I was waiting 3+ days to get answers to at Teds. Wish Ted's the best, and might recommend them for anybody who has a ton of time on their hands.
